We live in multi-unit complex and another one of the renters in the complex did not pay their electric bill so the internet for the entire building got shut off. We called and the people we spoke with over the 1 hour plus conversation (including hold time) and was refused help. This isn't a one time occurance either....clearly don't know what they are doing or do not want to provide the service we pay for.
