Somehow $80/mo for 30mbs is justifiable to them. If you need a frame of reference for how slow that speed is, it's going to take 7-8 hours to download 1 game on your device. Your streaming will be laggy and if you get their cheapest router your first bill will be over $300. $100 of that is for a "set up fee" which was a guy showing up for 5 minutes to plug a battery in and tell me I need a router. The lady at customer service says, "sOrRy iTs a FlAt RaTe." Also, I do not have roommates. I paid $60/mo for 100mbs at my last residence. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of competition here. So yeah... they're taking advantage of everyone in the area. It's 2019, we all use the internet.

The internet is so slow I can't even run a speed test on it. They also make you bundle a home phone with your internet and make you pay a premium for it. Something we've never once used but they won't remove...

Only real choice for internet in town and they know it. Get ITC if at all possible, cannot stress enough.

We live in multi-unit complex and another one of the renters in the complex did not pay their electric bill so the internet for the entire building got shut off. We called and the people we spoke with over the 1 hour plus conversation (including hold time) and was refused help. This isn't a one time occurance either....clearly don't know what they are doing or do not want to provide the service we pay for.

Holly was helpful in suggesting the packages with various Mb speeds to fit our needs. Once my account was activated, I was able to setup auto pay online and didn't have to worry about it for the rest of the year.Throughout the year, there were a handful of days (maybe 4 or 5) where the internet was slower than normal (We had the 30 Mb = 3.75 MB/sec plan) but we were still able to stream videos in 1080p. This only happened at early hours of the morning (~2:00 am) and once we didn't have internet for about 2 hours. I wasn't too concerned since I figured they were just doing maintainence and the internet worked again in the morning.The plans are a bit spendy but it's worth it for reliable fiber. Make sure you have a decent router that is able to handle your network needs.Also, it took about 3 weeks for a service tech to fit in a time for hookup, so plan according if you are moving!

The worst service, my favorite part of Swiftel is trying to get ahold of them, often when I go in to the office for help people are not there and when you call no-one answers after a series of number punching. Regularly directed to BMU and BMU directs back as if neither wants to take care of things like auto pay setup.Do like their product however.

Unfortunately I'm changing my review due to the constant dns server disconnects, and CS just giving you the go around. I thougt this was just maintence but i have friends with service litterally next door. This is no longer a problem with my building but their servers. due to the great customer service i've changed my review, and have newfound doubts in my landlord and their buildings wiring.

Internet is ok, not quite the speeds I pay for. Internet is down and they are talking to me like a child when I call it in. They hung up on me three different times "staying on the line to make sure the call transfers". I tell them about it next time I called and the guy at help desk laughs at me and tells me it's my fault
