I have issue mainly with their billing service. The online system does not work if you forget your password once, and they only send paper bills. So if you are out of town and miss your bill, they are very swift in disconnecting your service, and you have to pay $$ reconnection charge !! Happened to me twice already in 1 year of service. Few alternatives in town..so I guess they can get away with this kind of service
