Holly was helpful in suggesting the packages with various Mb speeds to fit our needs. Once my account was activated, I was able to setup auto pay online and didn't have to worry about it for the rest of the year.Throughout the year, there were a handful of days (maybe 4 or 5) where the internet was slower than normal (We had the 30 Mb = 3.75 MB/sec plan) but we were still able to stream videos in 1080p. This only happened at early hours of the morning (~2:00 am) and once we didn't have internet for about 2 hours. I wasn't too concerned since I figured they were just doing maintainence and the internet worked again in the morning.The plans are a bit spendy but it's worth it for reliable fiber. Make sure you have a decent router that is able to handle your network needs.Also, it took about 3 weeks for a service tech to fit in a time for hookup, so plan according if you are moving!
