This company cut my power off with NO notification because the bill was 10 DAYS past due!!! I was on auto pay, although, my cc was stolen so the bank closed the card... Little to my knowledge that the bill hadn't been paid, and they did not even give me 2 weeks grace period to update payment info. I get home after a long day at work with my child... With no power at all! I was home at 7:13 on and apparently there is NO WAY to have power restored after 7! Thanks tallapoosa electric for caring about your customers and their children!!! I called for power outage number letting them know I have a child and I am on oxygen and they could care less! Apparently if there is a power outage then they will send someone out to take care of it... But if you are a lowly peasant who doesn't pay bills on time, then u can have health issues and potentially die and they don't care!
