AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR YEARS.. THEY DROPPED MY INSURANCE FOR GETTING INTO A CAR ACCIDENT I WAS NOT AT FAULT IN...HMMMMM WHATS INSURANCE FOR??? SO YOU PAY INSURANCE BUT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WHERE THEY HAVE TO PAY THEY GET MAD....NEEDLESS TO SAY I CANCEL ALL POLICY'S WITH THEM! THEY STILL BILLED MY ACCOUNT! WHEN ASKED TO BE REFUNDED I GOT THE RUN AROUND ONLY TO HEAR IT WILL BE PAID BACK BY CHECK IN 10 DAY...HMM YOU TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION IN ONE DAY BUT WANT TO TAKE 10 TO REFUND IT!!!!! WHAT A JOKE~!! PS. SAFE AUTO IS WAYYYYYYYYYYY CHEAPER!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH STATE FARM OR THIS LADY!!!

Recently my plan went up nearly 20$ with no explanation or anything. I've never actually spoken to this agent only ever dealt with the staff. Which I think is completely unprofessional and rude. I will be switching to a better agent and may even leave State Farm completely due to my very poor luck with a previous agent as well. Very unhappy with the outcome of using this agent.
