Recently my plan went up nearly 20$ with no explanation or anything. I've never actually spoken to this agent only ever dealt with the staff. Which I think is completely unprofessional and rude. I will be switching to a better agent and may even leave State Farm completely due to my very poor luck with a previous agent as well. Very unhappy with the outcome of using this agent.
