I've worked as an independent BA for TEAM for a little over a year now and it is by far my favorite promotional company throughout the hundreds I do contracted work for. Thanks to everyone who works so hard there!

I worked a promotional event for the company back in October. I was doing the company a favor as they needed someone last minute. Ciarra True got in touch with me for the details and payment for the promo which seemed like a good deal so I quickly drove an hour both ways on the other side of town for the event.Never once was I asked to fill out any type of paperwork/ application to work this promo, which made it seem like I would get paid as soon as the event was over, as I have promoted for other companies in the past. It wasn’t until 2 months later that I got back in touch with her about my compensation and found out I would only be getting paid after going though a long and frustrating process of filling out an application and tax information. It is now Feb 6th and I still have not received ANY compensation for the event back in OCTOBER. If you are thinking about applying for a position, or they have asked you to work an event, make sure they don’t try and use you like they did me. No wonder they didn’t have anyone to work the event for them!

Well... it is complicated when you submit your resume and cover letter for a position and when you check the position again a few days later you realize it has been updated with your skills set but you still didn't get a call for an interview.

Haven't worked for this company since 2014 (it is currently April 30, 2017) and still get emails to work events although back when I did work for them it was as an independent contractor and then they decided to actually pay taxes and hire us on as part time to where I did not jump on board, emailed them several times, hearing back 3 different times from 3 different employees saying they would handle it and here I am having to put a 1 star review to hopefully get an actual response.
