Tex Visions and Vispronet are the same company, not competitors. Vispronet location in mechanicsburg is a false front. They rent it to hide the fact that they exploit one work force to do the work of 2 companies while still managing to under pay as many employees as they can. They use the same production workers, graphics team, Human Resources. Everything. To do this the head of Vispronet uses her maiden name. Her husband is the head of Tex visions. They lack any form of creativity in creating new products so they blatantly copy other competitors and are sued on a regular basis. They use cheap material from China and regularly ship product they know is flawed.

Have had these street pole banners up for 6 Months and they are all cracking. (They are their "Heavy Duty" Vinyl Banners) Their response was that they are out of warranty, but they'll help me reorder at full price! (Wow Thanks, another $400 for a sub par product) Every time there is a problem with a product, they always blame the customer. Stay away from Tex Visions!Wish I could post a picture in the review!

Most of the positive reviews were solicited by agents at the company in exchange for free shipping on their next order. Only believe the bad ones. As a former employee, I am aware of the fact that management only cares about making monies - not keeping customers happy.

Their customer service is friendly and FAST. Even more importantly, their turnaround time is unbelievable. I was stuck in a bad spot with needing a piece printed for a trade show. We were delayed on completing the file because of a Hurricane rolling through, but I had the piece in-hand (after paying rush shipping) in less than 72 hours! Huge piece of mind now–one less thing to worry about before the show! I'd definitely recommend Tex Visions!

The art department changed my artwork with no prompting from me, when the proof was sent I didn't catch it. My table cover was printed incorrectly, and they had no interest in making me happy, offered a "courtesy discount" which is obviously just something to make me stop bothering them. I emailed the general manager twice to ask for help and got no response at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worst, they shipped to the wrong address and then charged me for their mistake. Backpacks broke first time i used them and they said they will fix it once as a courtesy as if they were doing me a big favor, they repaired it used it one more time and it broke again!! Will never ever deal with this company again.

I have purchased multiple banner stands or varying types from Tex Visions over the past 18 months. Their staff is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of their products is outstanding and they offer a wide range of products to meet any need...at very competitive prices.
