The art department changed my artwork with no prompting from me, when the proof was sent I didn't catch it. My table cover was printed incorrectly, and they had no interest in making me happy, offered a "courtesy discount" which is obviously just something to make me stop bothering them. I emailed the general manager twice to ask for help and got no response at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
