Awful service, spotty internet that is alwaya going down, prices are absurd for basic internet. Unfortunately we are in an area where they have a monopoly, so they are our only choice.

I had TVC for over a year and never had one issue. Customer service is always very good and the installation was easy,also the technician was very knowledgeable.

Had a DVR box that wasn’t recording, brought it in for an exchange. The replacement DVR won’t work, wife called IT and was on phone for half hour, guy finally says, I can have someone out there Friday, mind you today is Tuesday noontime. Explain to me how I’m to go without my cable box for 3 days yet we pay over $260 bill every freakin month!!! It’s not my fault your equipment isn’t working properly and I shouldn’t be penalized having to wait. This is bull and since this company was bought out service has sucked.

Most unreliable service I have ever experienced. The only reason I am with this "ISP" is because they have some sort of monopoly/contract with the Navy Housing, otherwise I would be elsewhere. Inconsistent internet speeds, even when using an ethernet cable, at inconsistent times of the day. Two thumbs down.

I have had Thames Valley for about a year now. Literally the WORST internet provider I have ever had. My internet is so slow. Sometimes if I’m streaming Netflix on my tv it won’t even play because of how slow this companies WiFi is. Mind you only devices I have connected are my phone and tv. I definitely will be cancelling them today. Enough is enough.

If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Thames Valley Communications is the WORST internet service provider I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Despite overpaying for what they call their platinum internet package, my internet is always slow. When asked, the help desk always dodges the question as to why and how to fix it. And don't get me started with their f***ed up billing. I paid my bill on time, and my service is frozen.... dont waste your time or money, find a better provider for internet and cable.

WORST CABLE COMPANY EVER!!! Had this cable & WiFi installed for a month now & the WiFi is sooooooo freaking slow I’ve had someone come out here on several occasions an nothing has changed. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN PEOPLE , do not let them install anything into your home!!!signed - Angry Customer
