I've never been blatantly ripped off and treated so poorly. After being a customer for many years I asked a simple task of having them look for a lower rate for my auto ins policy at 8 am. After not hearing back I called around 430 pm the same day only to hear that the task would take a couple more days. 2 MORE DAYS???? We all know you can get your own quote online in less than 5 minutes. After asking why it would take so long, the agent proceeded to give me the run around then hang up on me. (Must have been too stressful for her). I immediately got my own policy with the same coverage for $200 less per month and called back to let them know their customer service was incredibly poor and unprofessional and due to that they have lost me as a customer. They did not seem to care one bit. Over all. I would recommend that anyone who has this agent should leave them immediately and as a disclaimer to anyone considering them, don't waste your time. Unacceptable.
