This company is nothing short of a class act! I could not have asked for a better experience renting from The Cornerstone Group! To be perfectly honest it has been the best experience I have had with ANY property management company. If you are looking for a stress free experience with a company who provides a high level of professionalism mixed with excellent quality service I highly advise you to do business with them. I originally viewed the home with Grace who I must say is a pleasure dealing with. I also dealt with Tom from the lease signing process to the day of moving out and he has been more then superb taking care of any issues I had without hesitation. I would not be moving if the owner did not decide to sell the home which the company does not have control over, but fortunately for me Tom being the professional that he is worked it out with the owner to give me additional time if needed after my lease end date to find a new home without any request from me. I was able to find a place quickly but just knowing I had some time if needed really relieved any stress. I do wish they had another rental home available to move into, but unfortunately when you have a class act company like this their available properties tend to go fast and current tenants don’t want to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate if you find one. I can only hope that the company I will be dealing with for my new rental home will provide close to if not the same service as The Cornerstone Group. They really are the model for how a company should be run! Thank you Tom and the Cornerstone Group!

When you have been without A/C for 5 days and Tom who owns Cornerstone Realty responds to my son " Give ur 30 days notice and get out! No Justin I will Not give you credit on ur rent because you have been in the house with Florida weather at 89 degrees also the State of Florida law says I have (7) days before you can get credit. So Justin keep paying for your hotel! When the A/C guy text you and says I might be there Monday afternoon then 10 min later says no it might be tomorrow! What a fat a$$ redneck who has A/C! People these days think if you rent that they are entitled to speak to you any way they want Mind you my son has paid his rent 3-6 months in advance !

My experience with Cornerstone has been disappointing at best. Their lack of urgency when it comes to disbursing rental payments is frustrating and irresponsible (this includes vendor payments on house services included in the rent; as much as a month later!).Maybe other landlords can wait 7 days for their payment, but unfortunately I’m not one of them. Their 10% property management fee is the easiest money made without earning it. I’m in the wrong business for sure. Be wary before hiring them for your real estate needs.

Tom and Grace Milton are great professionals: reactive, responsible, trustworthy and honest, a quality that I have rarely seen in the real estate business. My property couldn't be in better hands.

I had a fabulous experience with The CornerStone Group. My rental checks always came on time and the Property Manager I had, Grace Milton, answered my calls immediately and was always helpful. They have an Accountant who was also very helpful with my questions.

Horrible company to do business with! Stay away from them and take your business else where. The owner Tom is as arrogant as you can get and thinks he knows everything , and the property manager Grace can't give you a straight answer when you have a problem with your property. I also have had to call several times long after I was supposed to have my rent check collected to get my money, and they "weren't sure" if the tenant in my house had paid their rent!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Why did I hire you??? There are many other companies in the area that will do a better job.
