This company is nothing short of a class act! I could not have asked for a better experience renting from The Cornerstone Group! To be perfectly honest it has been the best experience I have had with ANY property management company. If you are looking for a stress free experience with a company who provides a high level of professionalism mixed with excellent quality service I highly advise you to do business with them. I originally viewed the home with Grace who I must say is a pleasure dealing with. I also dealt with Tom from the lease signing process to the day of moving out and he has been more then superb taking care of any issues I had without hesitation. I would not be moving if the owner did not decide to sell the home which the company does not have control over, but fortunately for me Tom being the professional that he is worked it out with the owner to give me additional time if needed after my lease end date to find a new home without any request from me. I was able to find a place quickly but just knowing I had some time if needed really relieved any stress. I do wish they had another rental home available to move into, but unfortunately when you have a class act company like this their available properties tend to go fast and current tenants don’t want to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate if you find one. I can only hope that the company I will be dealing with for my new rental home will provide close to if not the same service as The Cornerstone Group. They really are the model for how a company should be run! Thank you Tom and the Cornerstone Group!
