This hotel may look "GRAND" online but it's quality is no more than the Holiday Inn Express across the street. For $389 a night ingot a room with a view of canisters. The carpets were dirty and there was garbage in the trash bins in the room.The restaurant was mediocre at the least. Typical breakfast buffet with powdered eggs. I've stayed at all kinds of hotels...matter of fact Holiday Inn Express was far better than this hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere. And when I checked out and explained my disappointment I got a "oh okayyy". Not an I'm sorry or anything. I already paid so I wasn't looking for anything but acknowledgement. PLEASE DON'T WASTE TOUR MONEY!!
