I had to review this place because they have saved me on so many occasions and the staff is always friendly and professional. They are open later than the the post office, with a much shorter wait time. In fact there has never been more than 2 people in front of me. And many times I've been first in line. The manager here is top notch, and goes above and beyond to assist customers.They also stock several shipping boxes, and when you purchase a box, you can box the item there, buy a label, and ship it on the spot. They will help you purchase the shipping label, and even let you use their tape, all with a smile. Sooo much easier and friendlier than the post office or UPS. The place is always clean and staffed. Prices are reasonable when you consider the cost and time spent driving to a post office or UPS and waiting in a long line. If you're looking for convenience, good service, and to save time, this is your place.

The staff at this store is really great...they all super fast, efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Of course, as an official UPS Store they have all the bells and whistles you’d expect (packing supplies, shipping, etc.).I’ve been using this UPS Store for a couple years now to receive packages and mail (due to rampant mail and package theft that started happening in our neighborhood in the hills, and still continues to this day). But i kind of like it better that receiving at home (esp, for packages, since the delivery people seem to just toss boxes over our gate). We’re just 2 blocks from the store, so the location is ideal I love the fact that they know me well enough, that if they see me parking, often they’ve got my package waiting for me when I walk in (and I just need to sign the digital screen, and I’m back out in seconds). I highly recommend this business, and it’s truly EXCELLENT staff. Thanks!

They didn't give me a receipt for the package I dropped. The lady said I have to ask for a receipt If I need it.

There is a UPS store literally across the street from my home, but I drive 1.5 miles to come here. The guys are great and definitely know what they are doing. The place across the street from me just makes guesses about procedures.

Super efficient, fast and to the point. Sometimes I much rather pay a few extra $ by coming here instead of having to go to the mess that is the USPS on Laurel Canyon.
