The staff at this store is really great...they all super fast, efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Of course, as an official UPS Store they have all the bells and whistles you’d expect (packing supplies, shipping, etc.).I’ve been using this UPS Store for a couple years now to receive packages and mail (due to rampant mail and package theft that started happening in our neighborhood in the hills, and still continues to this day). But i kind of like it better that receiving at home (esp, for packages, since the delivery people seem to just toss boxes over our gate). We’re just 2 blocks from the store, so the location is ideal I love the fact that they know me well enough, that if they see me parking, often they’ve got my package waiting for me when I walk in (and I just need to sign the digital screen, and I’m back out in seconds). I highly recommend this business, and it’s truly EXCELLENT staff. Thanks!
