Due to unusual circumstances, Yennie and Jones took over my former insurance broker’s accounts...I could not be more pleased with the way they have handled both my business, residential and recreational accounts! Tyler and Heather have always been available and timely in getting my insurance needs met. Although I have never met Tyler in person, he has exuded a balance of warmth and professionalism, while going out of his way to help me meet deadlines. I will recommend this agency, specifically Tyler Monath, wholeheartedly.

When I took over a local roofing company, it had a commercial auto and work comp policy though Yennie Jones. Being a known business with YJ I was contacted by Craig to place a bid to re-roof their building. I still had a lot to learn about my profession at that time but he still awarded me the job. That chance he gave me to impress was the first and most beneficial milestone to provide my company with the foot hold needed to maintain in this ever evolving market. That was 10 years ago and the professionalism and integrity he holds for his company, that was projected to me is how I try to base for my own.YJ has never been pushy, when I send my existing general liability policy (I have through another agent) to have Craig shop for me, he applied all his resources and replied to me that he would not be able to get me a comparable policy for the price I was paying elsewhere and recommended I stick with what I had. I appreciated that, and back then I thought that was how everyone did business but I have been solicited by other agents since that time that tried to write me new gen liability policies and sugar coat the price with cut rate limits. That honesty is hard to come by nowadays.The ten years I have been conducting business with YJ I have noticed very consistent agents and employees which lets me know that who ever I speak with knows me and is familiar with my insurance policies. With that kind of long term employment I know YJ takes care of their employees.YJ takes care of all my personal insurance needs also (home, auto, recreation and health) and suggest changes to benefit me. All in all Craig and all the staff have set the bar so high that I know I would not be able to achieve the level of service elsewhere.

I moved my business and personal insurance coverages several years ago to the Yennie & Jones Agency. I moved for better service and coverage for price offered. Independent agents represent the client/policy holder, not the insurance company which I find appealing.I have recommended family, friends and clients to Y&J and have heard nothing but positives and thank yous for the recommendation of Y&J.I have dealt with Craig and Tyler mostly, but have found Jamie, Lori, Heather, Sherry and Erica to be pleasant, knowledgeable and dependable in getting questions addressed and changes being made promptly. Independence and integrity would be an accurate description for this organization!

I highly recommend Yennie and Jones! Best customer service, hands down. This past year I wanted to find a better rate on my insurance; not only did Tyler search among the agencies he represents, but he gave me all the information I need to compare quotes elsewhere. In fact, I went to two other agencies looking for better rates all while calling him with questions. I ended up staying with Tyler @ Yennie and Jones. His rates were comparable and his customer service is excellent. He’s always willing to answer any crazy question I have and do the research if he doesn’t know it right off. He makes sure that I am going with a good company and lets me know when my current plan isn’t the best bang for my buck.

Whether it be my commercial, life, auto, home, health, workman's comp or other, their service, price and reliability is the best. I am solicited every year by other companies, but have no reason to look anywhere else. They have never misrepresented my interest in any manner. They are the most honest and informative staff I have had the pleasure to work with.

The Jones Family has been providing conservative and sound insurance advice, to the kansas city metro and beyond since 1947. All calls are answered by a real person who takes the time to know you and make appropriate recommendations. As an independent agent they dont work for any companies, they work for me. I appreciate that approach and have been very happy with their service, the coverages and the value I receive. I use them for home, auto, boat, umbrella, life, commerical general liability and workers comp. A few years ago I took my insurance to another agent. It was immediately apparent the difference in service. I came right back and have no intentions of ever leaving again. I highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs.
