Agency took over my account after previous owner retired. They misrepresented my payroll numbers to reflect a unrealistic cost savings .The owner personally called my employee to harass stating she was effecting their livelyhood , after she placed a bad review regarding them not sending billing information in a timely manner from the actual insurer , after they placed themselves as the direct contact for our corporation. Highly recommend not to use.
