This is a personal review of Julie Mas from Titan. Julie is a pro, she knows her stuff, she listens to what we want and has been successful in making it happen so far. She is a true credit to your business, Titan. She is able to explain things in a way that is clear and concise. She is very passionate about her work. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I hope that we get the results from our digital marketing that we are looking for, only time will tell, then I will give Titan props and fill in the fifth star, but for now my props and 4 stars go to Julie. We (Remo Brands Inc) have had a very positive experience working with Titan Digital. We started with a website update, including making it mobile friendly, and they did fantastic work and also responded quickly to any of our feedback. We then started working with them on our social media content, and we have been very happy with the content they created and feel that it has made a positive impact on our brand. Definitely recommended!

We are thrilled with Titan Digital, our one stop shop for digital marketing. They do it all! Our very lovely account manager Melissa, heads up a team of awesome creatives and tech-heads that make us look good and deliver results. Communication and reporting is fantastic, we're kept up to date on everything. We highly recommend Titan Digital....but secretly we'd like to keep them all to ourselves.

Titan Digital ripped off my local mechanic with a direct debit contract of $800 a month. But did nothing. Many phone calls later still nothing was done

I was introduced to Titan Digital via a Master Class at Google HQ and I foolishly thought that that was a good sign. I couldn't be more wrong. I ended up paying them $841.50 p/m so that they could run an adwords campaign that cost me $1,000.00 per month (total $1,841.50 per month) with absolutely no increase in customer inquiries and sales when we compared it to the campaign that we were running ourselves.We suspected they had no idea what they were doing when after more than a month they finally proposed the following ads for us: “Reliable working machine” “Quality range of European machines that only produce amazing coffee.”“We carry not only produce amazing coffee, but they are built to last”“We would like to repair and return a coffee machine within 48hrs”“We have Repairs & Services” Of course we rejected them and weeks later we finally agreed to some revised ads because we had only agreed to a short trial. Speaking of which, when we tried to cancel, even though it was just a trial they told us we would have to give 90 days notice. Thankfully when I contacted Google they agreed that we should not have to pay for ads that we don't want and they stopped the campaign. I am still waiting for Titan to refund the money that they continued to take from our account even though they were no longer providing any service, but judging by the last email I received I suspect I am going to have to take legal action.Follow up 11/04/17: It appears they have reconsidered and refunded the last payment that they deducted. We had a great experience getting our new website built by Titan Digital. After the initial sign up we had a really positive first briefing meeting at their premises (Thanks for our allocated parking spot by the way! What a great idea). There were so many easily adaptable tools that were all part of the standard website package, that were useful for overcoming so many small, ongoing issues re communicating with our remotely based clients. As for the build itself, if there was a problem - they sorted it. An email one day and a solution followed very soon afterwards. There really wasn't anything difficult that we can report, it was a smooth and professional service. I'd recommend Titan Digital. They did a great job for us. Thanks so much for our new website!
