I was introduced to Titan Digital via a Master Class at Google HQ and I foolishly thought that that was a good sign. I couldn't be more wrong. I ended up paying them $841.50 p/m so that they could run an adwords campaign that cost me $1,000.00 per month (total $1,841.50 per month) with absolutely no increase in customer inquiries and sales when we compared it to the campaign that we were running ourselves.We suspected they had no idea what they were doing when after more than a month they finally proposed the following ads for us: “Reliable working machine” “Quality range of European machines that only produce amazing coffee.”“We carry not only produce amazing coffee, but they are built to last”“We would like to repair and return a coffee machine within 48hrs”“We have Repairs & Services” Of course we rejected them and weeks later we finally agreed to some revised ads because we had only agreed to a short trial. Speaking of which, when we tried to cancel, even though it was just a trial they told us we would have to give 90 days notice. Thankfully when I contacted Google they agreed that we should not have to pay for ads that we don't want and they stopped the campaign. I am still waiting for Titan to refund the money that they continued to take from our account even though they were no longer providing any service, but judging by the last email I received I suspect I am going to have to take legal action.Follow up 11/04/17: It appears they have reconsidered and refunded the last payment that they deducted. Thank you.
