When Pablo took over all of my designs and ideas I got 100% satisfaction, TJ's have done an excellent job - the work can been seen at Finn's Vape Store, 288 Portland Road, Hove.Pablo and Andy who I had the main dealings with, were excellent. Initial interface with Pablo was a truly excellent customer service experience. Subsequently not so. After re-booking the wrap due to my van breaking down I was left an ansaphone message (not by Pablo) the day before the due date, at 1530, expressing disappointment that I had not dropped the van off that morning (it wasn't due until the next morning), and also asked to call in to re-book - and I quote "Hopefully next time you won't let us down". A spectacular example of how not to do it. When I highlighted that this was an oversight at their end there was no apology. It became obvious pretty quickly that there was little to be gained in pushing the point. The stars goes to Pablo who is genuinely delightful. Subsequent to this post I needed TJ to re-stick the rear window decal and re-align one of the side stickers. This they did immediately. The finished result is very good, and notwithstanding the unfortunate 'phone call, I am delighted with the product.

I went into the shop on Portland Rd to enquire about having a small number of high vis vests branded. I sent the artwork over in the afternoon and it was ready the next morning at 10am! So fast! Product looks great, yet to wear them or test them out, but already pretty impressed with the service.

Signed my luton van one year ago, one year on and the sign is still as good as new. Not only is the signage of a high quality, but they also completely covered the sides of my luton van in white vinyl making it look all new and shiny! Will be returning.

van graphics pissed. Had to do them again. Wasted my time going to collect it when they had to spend another day fixing it. Clothes rubbish, and zips breaking fast.Their quick turnaround had to be because they have no customers. Worrying.James Barratt

Paid extra for a designer, ordered 1500 business card of high quality, when they arrived the spelling was wrong and very unprofessional, I asked for them to be redone and was told I would have to pay the same amount again. I spoke to their competitors just down the road and they told me under no circumstances should this have happened and the company should have been liable for any mistakes considering I paid extra money for a designer, will never ever step foot into this company again!

Disappointing. Spoke to Jed for a quote on 12 x A2 signs. Was advised a quote would be rung through. Nothing. Waste of a phone call.
