Initial interface with Pablo was a truly excellent customer service experience. Subsequently not so. After re-booking the wrap due to my van breaking down I was left an ansaphone message (not by Pablo) the day before the due date, at 1530, expressing disappointment that I had not dropped the van off that morning (it wasn't due until the next morning), and also asked to call in to re-book - and I quote "Hopefully next time you won't let us down". A spectacular example of how not to do it. When I highlighted that this was an oversight at their end there was no apology. It became obvious pretty quickly that there was little to be gained in pushing the point. The stars goes to Pablo who is genuinely delightful. Subsequent to this post I needed TJ to re-stick the rear window decal and re-align one of the side stickers. This they did immediately. The finished result is very good, and notwithstanding the unfortunate 'phone call, I am delighted with the product.
