I love love love Tom and all of the staff with him! They are excellent and always so sweet. I’m the type of person that forgets things all the time but they make sure I’m on my toes by reminding me of my payments. They answer my questions with no judgment, they gave me the best deals and I really just couldn’t ask for a better insurance family!!!

Good place to purchase insurance with a great agent who will talk to you face to face anytime you wish, been doing business with State Farm for 30 years.

Since owners have changed I have found the owner Tom to be very unhelpful. So we decided to go with a different insurance company all together. However, despite us doing our part by filling out all cancellation paperwork we still were charged. I called to find out why this charge occurred but Tom "the owner" had no information other than "I am the owner and I have no way of finding out" so now I will dispute this charge with my bank and I hope I never have to speak with them again. Do yourself a favor and go with Liberty Mutural or Progressive because if you need any information from State Farm it is impossible to get. If you call the 1800 number they tell you to call the agent, then when you call the agent they have to call the 1800 number and get back with you. It is a useless time wasting cycle that I no longer experience...thank goodness!
