Client Review on Tom Morgan - State Farm Insurance Agent

Since owners have changed I have found the owner Tom to be very unhelpful. So we decided to go with a different insurance company all together. However, despite us doing our part by filling out all cancellation paperwork we still were charged. I called to find out why this charge occurred but Tom "the owner" had no information other than "I am the owner and I have no way of finding out" so now I will dispute this charge with my bank and I hope I never have to speak with them again. Do yourself a favor and go with Liberty Mutural or Progressive because if you need any information from State Farm it is impossible to get. If you call the 1800 number they tell you to call the agent, then when you call the agent they have to call the 1800 number and get back with you. It is a useless time wasting cycle that I no longer experience...thank goodness!
