Wow! I was greeted with confusion as to why I was calling for an auto insurance quote! He paused and asked if I have auto insurance with them right now. (No that’s why I’m calling....)He sounded stumped as he “thought of a way he could help me” he told me I could call back after hours or on Monday otherwise “he doesn’t know how else to help me” because they are “swamped.” I kindly told him ok I will just call back and he said ok and hung up! No “thank you for calling”, have a great day” or “look forward to hearing from you”GO WORK AT MCDONALDS WITH YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
