The escape room was pretty hard. They had to help us with a lot of the clues. So it was definitely a challenge. The room itself didn't have ac and when you have a group of 7, it's really hot. One hour in a hot room trying to solve a puzzle isn't really fun imo.

This has to be the worst escape room I've ever been to. The employees are rude and most of the mechanisms did not work properly. You are much better off going somewhere else.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and enjoyed trying to solve the clues in the room. We were however disappointed that MANY of the clues and mechanisms were either missing from the correct location or completely not working. Our very nice room master many times had to come in and tell us what was supposed to happen or physically give us a clue that was missing from its location. There was a whole lot of "it was supposed to be like this." We think that for the money we spent, it would have been a simple task for the staff to preview the room and confirm that clues were in the right place and devices were in working order. Some of the mechanisms need to be replaced/repaired. The room was still fun, but could have been so much more fun if everything was in place and working. We expected better quality control.

We picked the hardest room for our first time. We didn’t know it was the hardest room until afterwards. It was awesome I would recommend this to anyone of my family or friends. The staff was very nice and helpful. (Jurassic Escape)

Me and three of my girlfriends had a blast! This was our first time going to one of these. We booked the Rec Room - 80s theme and although we did not make it out on time we had a blast. The staff was fun and helpful and all the clues kept us guessing. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon!

We booked an event for the Jurassic escape room. I have previously attended an escape room it was fun but this one was by far the worst. Basically there was no way for us to have escaped because most of the props that were required were not working. There were at least three props that were not working but were essential to the next part. The worker came in at the end to explain how to explain and it also did not work for him. His explanation was "Oh, well it's supposed to do this". You'd think that they would check the props before sending the next group through.
