We came here to celebrate a birthday and enjoyed trying to solve the clues in the room. We were however disappointed that MANY of the clues and mechanisms were either missing from the correct location or completely not working. Our very nice room master many times had to come in and tell us what was supposed to happen or physically give us a clue that was missing from its location. There was a whole lot of "it was supposed to be like this." We think that for the money we spent, it would have been a simple task for the staff to preview the room and confirm that clues were in the right place and devices were in working order. Some of the mechanisms need to be replaced/repaired. The room was still fun, but could have been so much more fun if everything was in place and working. We expected better quality control.
