Feedback:

We use this service on my grandparents house that’s an hour and a half away in Rio Rico. Letting them know we need to know ahead of time for any reschedules or time changes. First appointment the guy was an hour early than our scheduled appointment and we had to rush down. Today is our second appointment and they were supposed to be here at 11am. Called and you guys without notifying us rescheduled our appointment for Monday. Wasting gas and 3 hours of my time and all they told me was “sorry for the inconvenience.” If I miss an appointment I lose that monthly service and I understand, it’s fair. But what about when you guys don’t show up or don’t do YOUR job of notifying your customers ahead of time to prevent issues like this? Very unprofessional on communication with their customers.
