I wanted to take a minute to just give John Riley and Tyson Steele some Praise! As you know we contacted you last November looking for a New Marketing Team. The Marketing SEO we had been using for 18 months had made MANY promises and not delivered on any of them so myself and especially Dr. Young were very skeptical of any promises that we felt we would hear in the sales call. I had done some research prior to calling you and was lucky to find you organically after researching dental offices in other areas and their websites and then in making calls. Your company was given top reviews.During the sales portion and initial calls with you I was very impressed immediately because I was not given a high pressure WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU strategy or made multiple promises. It was very straight forward, this is what we offer and how we do it and our cost, and as you may remember Dr. Young was VERY skeptical. He is now a Believer of Tyson Steele and daily looks at our growing numbers in production and collections and says where is it all coming from??Our main goal we were looking for was to increase our ranking with Google and increase our New Patient Production.What sold us? Besides what you had to say, it was your reviews I received from other dental practices! The were all TOP NOTCH!Now 5 months later I want to say we are THRILLED with the results! For 2 years prior to signing with Tyson Steele we went from 3 reviews to 9 reviews with Google and our rankings were not first page quality at all. In five months we have over 60 Google reviews and countless Facebook reviews, our new website ROCKS and we are FIRST PAGE WITH GOOGLE in many different search options. We are averaging a minimum of 40 New patients monthly now as well with the majority saying they found us on Google and loved our reviews and website. We see no end in sight to this increased production. Through 19 years of dentistry, I've had more than my fair share of working with dental marketers, but BY FAR Tyson Steele is the most ethical, straight-forward, and cost-effective marketing firm I've ever worked with! For the past 3 years, they have guided us away from money-wasters, and towards the things that will make our phone ring. But do they think that's enough? No, they don't! They add "service plus" to everything they do, with training for our team, metrics to see what's going on, software to actually see WHERE you have room for improvement, and guidance on how to actually do that! These guys completely understand dentistry, and their enthusiasm and love for their jobs is absolutely enjoyable to be around. RUN to get in line to work with this company!!!! These guys are awesome! I highly recommend that any dentist looking for sustainable, real growth give them a call.A little background: I purchased a strong practice in my small town 11 years ago. There are too many dentists in my area right now, and I am the ONLY one within a radius of a hundred miles that is strictly fee-for-service. The staff is very loyal, still with me, Blatchford trained. We got through the recession, and continued to survive but no real growth. Our town is pretty flat in terms of population growth.18 months ago I started working with John Riley of Tyson Steele Associates. My big problem now is figuring out how to handle the growth we are experiencing. I just hired another hygienist so that we can meet the demand in our practice. Our gross revenues were up nearly $50,000 last year over our previous best year, and if the second half of 2016 is like the first half, we will beat last year by $100,000!The big difference between our experience with Tyson and other consultants: we have felt in control as we have experienced success. Typically, with consultants, things have gone well and we "hoped" they would continue – and they never did for more than a few months or a year at the most. Now, things are going well and we know exactly why: we know they are the result of what we are doing, and we are confident the growth will only accelerate as we continue to do what we are doing differently. The "luck" and "1 great year" outcomes of the typical consulting experience do not apply. This has been sustainable growth because of purposeful changes that we have made and continue to employ in our practice.A word of caution: if you don't know how to take the long view, you are not ready for the real and sustainable growth these guys will help you achieve. The only real growth in any aspect of life, in my opinion, comes as a result of steady and continual effort (think body-building weight loss, or changing of a habit). The results takes months and longer to see. Financially speaking, the investment begins immediately, the returns begin to trickle in within a few months, they become exciting within the first year, and I am looking forward to the snowball really growing in the next 2-3 years. In terms of the day-to-day, Tyson and associates provide you with great tools and do a lot of the work for you. However, like anything that is truly sustainable, you will have to work. You need to be willing to lead your team and focus on changing a few fundamentals in your practice. These changes are surprisingly simple, but must be done purposefully and consistently.If you are willing to do those two things, you will find the results to be astounding! These guys are the real deal.
