I don’t understand this company. I’m being charged extra because their online system kept saying it couldn’t process my card, and told me to just put the key in the drop box and someone would contact me. I never got a call, and when I called to find out why I have multiple charges on my card I’m being told there is nothing they can do. I will never get a moving truck from this company ever again!
