Rented a van for 3 hours because i had to take a bunch of old furniture to the landfill. Went a little over 50 miles, put $10 in the tank at $2.39 a gallon. I didnt know this at the time but their trucks get 10 mpg, so i put 42 miles back in the tank. When i returned the van i was charged $28 for 7 gallons of gas. Even if i didnt put anything in the truck I was over charged by $6. I did however, put $10 in the tank so i should have only been charged $6 if anything. All because they inaccurately recorded the original meter at the wrong spot. I get that its a little my fault for not mentioning anything before I left but if they knew how to do basic math they would realize that 50-60 miles is not 7 gallons of gas. I paid for 11 gallons worth of gas just to go across town and back. The time before this when I went there I waited in like for over an hour when only 3 people were ahead of me in line. The staff is slow and incompetent. Do not recommend going to this location.
