I stopped by with my wife to have a 5th wheel hitch installed on our new Silverado. The bed of the truck came prepped from the factory for a 5th wheel hitch. I explained and showed this to the installer "Gary" so that he could order the correct hitch. We waited over a week for the hitch to arrive and when we brought the truck to have it installed, he told us that the new price was going to be about 500 dollars more than what he had quoted before. Somehow, he had managed to order the WRONG hitch and proceeded to order the correct one without calling us first to let us know about the price difference. Somehow, he thought he would just be able to raise the price by 500 dollars when we brought the truck for the install. I requested to speak with the manager, Jorge Mercado, but he was out of town and I was given his business card. I left a voicemail and sent an email but apparently he doesn't have the time or inclination to get back to me regarding the mess one of his employees created. They are running around like wild animals in there and the man in charge is nowhere to be found.
