It took a long time to get through the rental process. The represented was working at computer with a slow operating system. He asked for my information multiple times. I couldn't understand why I couldn't use my own family's house number as an alternative contact, when it was because of them that I was renting from this location. Then when I needed to extend my rental, I couldn't find my account because the representative still entered my information incorrectly. Lastly, after speaking with another representative, whom I had corrected my information, I still couldn't find my account to return the truck using the app. I was also on hold for an hour waiting to talk to a representative to help with the return.
