Charged me for insurance when I specifically said no insurance. Told me the truck had a full tank when it was between 3/4 and 7/8. When I dropped the truck off, and got the receipt in my email, I noticed they charged extra for insurance and gas. When I called, they were fighting me about it, but luckily when I spoke to the manager, he handled everything and refunded me. I think he knows this employee texts and is distracted during work, which made him more than willing to compensate me.

I couldn't understand why I couldn't use my own family's house number as an alternative contact, when it was because of them that I was renting from this location. Then when I needed to extend my rental, I couldn't find my account because the representative still entered my information incorrectly. Lastly, after speaking with another representative, whom I had corrected my information, I still couldn't find my account to return the truck using the app. I was also on hold for an hour waiting to talk to a representative to help with the return.
