Charged me for insurance when I specifically said no insurance. Told me the truck had a full tank when it was between 3/4 and 7/8. The girl behind the counter was texting the whole time, then proceeded to go outside to talk to one of her friends who didn't work there. Super unprofessional. I didn't even get a contract. When I dropped the truck off, and got the receipt in my email, I noticed they charged extra for insurance and gas. When I called, they were fighting me about it, but luckily when I spoke to the manager, he handled everything and refunded me. I think he knows this employee texts and is distracted during work, which made him more than willing to compensate me.
