I would give this Uhaul a negative rating if I could.I showed up at 9am and it took them over an hour to figure out how to get me a truck.The older man that works the front is great, but everyone else was horrible. They have horrible attitudes and are extremely slow.Customer service is what kills this Uhaul for me. That and the vehicle they gave me already had damage all over when there were 2 trucks next to mine that were fine.Check your gas too. Another gentleman was saying that they lied to him about how much gas was in the vehicle.The parking lot is almost always at capacity (with their trucks eating up every spot, not customers) and it's extremely difficult to find a spot where you aren't blocking everything.If you're forced to rent from this horrible place, be sure to show up at least 1-2 hours early.
