---------------DO NOT USE U-HAUL------------------ I rented a truck for 5 days from this location moving from Pennsylvania to Florida and i recieved a truck with a non working AC. Whether the system was on or off, it was pushing out hot air no matter what. We notified the manager the day before we left and he said that he could give us another truck. My truck was already fully loaded and there was no way i was going to switfh things on my own after i paid 400 dollars for a company to help me move. Afrer 1 hour of driving, the truck started shaking left and right for no reason. I guess the alignment was bad. This trip was a 1,300 mile drive. We called road side assistance but they said it would take them 2 hours to get to me. There is no way i will stay in that truck with a broke AC. customer service at both location (pick up and drop off) were rude and didn't want to help. We also contacted 1800 number and still no help. Me and my parents suffered in their truck. Do not use uhaul. Pay a little extra for another company and use their new trucks. Uhaul only rents out old trucks while others use new internationals.

Waited an hour to get the truck I reserved. After an hour of waiting because the computer system kept freezing, he tells us we have to go to the atm next door because his card machine isn’t working. So now after an hour of waiting, we have to start the process all over again. The people in front of us couldn’t even get the truck they reserved because they didn’t have anymore even though they were able to make the reservation. Absolute joke of a business, there’s a reason why it’s so cheap.

Waiting on 20 minutes plus for the only guy working on Sunday, July 1st. Seems like a nice guy but needs way more help! Each customer interaction last at least 10 minutes...Why does U-Haul only have 1 person on a very busy day?

First and foremost for some reason the title says relief veterinarian this place is anything but a veterinarian. However I have used this uhauldealer many many many times they are always courteous polite and very helpful I have even used his U-Haul dealer for one-way trips for trailers I had had no problem whatsoever with that a lot of U-Haul dealers like their equipment coming right back to the same place not so much with this one they know what they're doing I have everything you need. I definitely would recommend these people also correct the title

Waited and waited and waited and waited for truck return. One person working on a hitch and would not stop to help me. Don’t waste your time here because that’s what they do. Waiting and waiting and waiting. This location is a joke. No customer service at all. Avoid this place.

It's simple. Have 2 people work here. One to run customer service and one to help outside. I'm literally writing this review from inside the service center. I've been standing here waiting for 20 minutes, as only one person is here and he is outside rigging someone's car to a tow cab. Ridiculous.
