---------------DO NOT USE U-HAUL------------------ I rented a truck for 5 days from this location moving from Pennsylvania to Florida and i recieved a truck with a non working AC. Whether the system was on or off, it was pushing out hot air no matter what. We notified the manager the day before we left and he said that he could give us another truck. My truck was already fully loaded and there was no way i was going to switfh things on my own after i paid 400 dollars for a company to help me move. Afrer 1 hour of driving, the truck started shaking left and right for no reason. I guess the alignment was bad. This trip was a 1,300 mile drive. We called road side assistance but they said it would take them 2 hours to get to me. There is no way i will stay in that truck with a broke AC. customer service at both location (pick up and drop off) were rude and didn't want to help. We also contacted 1800 number and still no help. Me and my parents suffered in their truck. Do not use uhaul. Pay a little extra for another company and use their new trucks. Uhaul only rents out old trucks while others use new internationals.
