Very disappointed by the experience living in this building. the elevators are out every other day and have been out so many times this year while management has done absolutely nothing. On top of that to have broken elevators and then increase your tenants rent an astronomical amount is absolutely insane. Robert does not care about his residents, he only cares about $$$$$. My fiance and I absolutely regret signing a two year lease after our first year here, and are trying to work out a way to break our lease without penalty. We are severely over paying for things to continually not work, be run down, dirty, disgusting and for management not to care. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Terrible experience. The apartment was not move-in as it has not been professionally cleaned prior to my arrival. Moreover, basic repairs have not been done, to date! Specific repairs I pointed out prior to my move-in date are still broken. Even after elevating the issues to the manager, a number of repairs are outstanding weeks after the fact. Totally disappointed and already telling people to look elsewhere.

As you emerge from the Hoboken Path station from your Midtown job, you are just minutes away from the oasis that is 77 Park. The entry way is majestic, the roof deck on 3 is spacious and inviting, and the gym is comprehensive.The building has great social events if you have the courage to attend. Holiday Happy Hours are solid. Proximity to local restaurants and bars is unparalleled. And the Hoboken Path can get you to Manhattan's West Village in minutes.Great building. Great lobby. Great units. A great place to come home and recharge.
