Very disappointed by the experience living in this building. the elevators are out every other day and have been out so many times this year while management has done absolutely nothing. On top of that to have broken elevators and then increase your tenants rent an astronomical amount is absolutely insane. Robert does not care about his residents, he only cares about $$$$$. My fiance and I absolutely regret signing a two year lease after our first year here, and are trying to work out a way to break our lease without penalty. We are severely over paying for things to continually not work, be run down, dirty, disgusting and for management not to care. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
