Feedback:

This is the second time the driver has left the gate open. He did not apologise the first time when my little dog left the yard and was then chased by two big dogs trying to kill her. He left it open again yesterday afternoon and my dog is out this morning and I do not know if I will ever see her again.

Yesterday, the temp driver dropped 6+ heavy boxes 1 mile from our door, some in the dirt. I have spent 45 minutes trying to call the office, anyone. No luck. As the nice people at the UPS store agreed, the Silver City service center takes their phone off the hook because they know they get so many customer complaints. 24 hours later, the boxes sit in the sun. if it was raining, I'd get their $2-4 MILLION dollar customer in NYC to file an insurance claim and have WORDS with their UPS VP. Me? I have connections and UPS really should fix this recurring problem with UPS Silver City who don't seem to give a damn. Shame on that driver for being so lazy and shirking his responsibility.

They didn't deliver my package because of severe weather? It barely sprinkled today. This is the second time the guy hasn't delivered a package on Friday because of severe weather when the weather was fine. He just wants to get home early since its Friday. FED EX drove right by my house this afternoon. Next time I need to be sure I get my package delivered as promised, I will use FED EX! This UPS customer center is a joke!

There is a corrupt and rotten group of employees and drivers at the #ups silver city location. They have deliberately failed to deliver 4 packages out of spite, covering each failed delivery with a lie For example "not being home". They have each others backs so that no-one will get fired. Truth is, these low-level "gate keepers" do not deliver if you get on their bad side by making a complaint. Complaints are ignored by a team who are clearly covering each other by lies. I will make it my mission to run this up the corporate ladder to fire this team of criminals: Jose, Javier, Denise and Erica.

UPS driver says he can't find my house so did not deliver package. One attempt - that is it. House is in downtown area and is on a street that is two blocks long. My address is on the mailbox. Driver either doesn't know the streets or can't read numbers on Mailboxes. No wonder I use the post office now.

I would have given a lower score but its not possible? worst customer service ever. no phone number so you cant call them? two day package shipped last Thursday is still in there little building in silver city? run by a bunch of idiots!
