Feedback:

One hour and 30 minutes to add my son in DEERS. This the only service I nee. While you see military members walking around and loud chatering and laghter from inside. May 23 at 13:00 close!

They are improving the process here and I here it's getting better. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mostly I go here for the super cute volunteer though that works the front desk, usually on Fridays! She never steers me wrong.

Almost the same experience as previous reviewer (Jessie Rosa). We were misinformed by the front desk person 1.5 months prior that we could do both ID's for my wife and myself at the same time. Arrived today to be told this was false and they have it in fine print at the very bottom page of the appointment page online (this is the first base I have ever seen with this as a policy so we didn't expect that). My ID took about 5 minutes, then the woman argued for about 20 minutes with my wife that it was impossible the front desk person could have said this and even went as far as to ask if we could speak to a supervisor (I know well enough that is just a waste of time...). Not only was that unprofessional, but she could have easily made her ID within that time. I guess job security is more important than "the mission". I hope I never have to go back to this base for anything again!

Terrible service starting from the lady at the entrance desk. Everyone is very rude, they say it takes 20 minutes per person for an ID, it only took five minutes for my husband to get his. Still having 15 minutes left they would not issue an ID for myself and my son. We would have to wait for next available. Do not recommend this place, staff is terrible and don't want to help you. Customer service terrible! And to make an appointment you have to schedule a month ahead. If you lost your ID you have to wait a month. My husband was stationed in many bases and we have never encountered such rudeness and we never had to make an appt.
