Terrible service starting from the lady at the entrance desk. Everyone is very rude, they say it takes 20 minutes per person for an ID, it only took five minutes for my husband to get his. Still having 15 minutes left they would not issue an ID for myself and my son. We would have to wait for next available. Do not recommend this place, staff is terrible and don't want to help you. Customer service terrible! And to make an appointment you have to schedule a month ahead. If you lost your ID you have to wait a month. My husband was stationed in many bases and we have never encountered such rudeness and we never had to make an appt.
