Feedback:

I paid $35 last Tuesday to have my mailbox lock changed. They told me it would take UP TO 3 days to get it changed....It is now Saturday. I called to ask when it would be changed. They said they would have someone come out today. Guess what? Mail already came and the lock is still not fixed. I wish we had another post office option but we have to use the Winter Springs one because we live here. We think a full refund is in order since we'll now be waiting around on Monday or later....a week without mail because of their laziness. There is no excuse for such delay and poor service.
