This place is the worst! Would not deliver to one of our properties anymore so we paid the $1200 to purchase the box needed at the property after trying to get ahold of them to rectify this for over a month. Now we have had the box installed and I have been waiting almost a week for a return call from the post office about installing the lock they are required to install. Call the post office today and the line finally was not busy. Got ahold of a lady and said 'I THINK I need to speak with a man named Bob' then was explaining to her my issue and she interrupted me and told me to hold. When she came back on the line to tell me that Bob was busy I asked for the name of the main manager there since I have had such HORRIBLE customer service. She gives me Amy's name then asks if she can help me with my problem. So I tell her what horrible customer service I have been receiving and how I have been waiting on a call back from Bob about the key since last Friday. She then proceeds to treat me like I am stupid since I need to talk to Rob and not Bob. But if she would have not interrupted me before she put me on hold she would have known I needed Rob and not Bob. WHAT A JOKE!
