Don't get this service unless you have no other option. I have to call for customer service every day because the internet never works. They send a tech a week after you call. And even after they send a tech the internet still doesn't work past one day goes down before the 24 hour mark. I hate this company so much. Don't believe the ads they run on YouTube or anywhere. Horrible internet not reliable in any way. And they still have the decency to charge me for the whole month when I'm only able to use the internet for part of the day or not at all. I wouldn't give them a star at all but Google makes you. They deserve negative stars. I called customer service and they just told to go to hell. That they wont help me in no way

Gal in our local office of Borrego is very knowledgeable.Very patient ,always willing to help us. We reset our router my mistake she handle it for us very fast. USA Crew in Borrego Rocks !

At first their internet was really good but it had really gone downhill. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. There are times a simple YouTube video at 240p! That won't load! When I was a new customer I'll be streaming HD content but not anymore.

USA communications in California is predominantly a rural area provider for Television and Internet service. My previous experience with this company were not good. However fast forward to today the internet service is phenomenal. They provide the advertised bandwidth and service is up and running about 95% of the time. Outages are fairly rare and brief. Looks like they are continually improving their quality of service. They don't have digital TV service in my area and no HD. Should they upgrade the TV service as well, I will likely switch from DirecTV. If you have used them in the past unsuccessfully maybe it's time for a re-visit, it was definitely a good thing for me. I stayed at 4 stars due to TV service and past experience otherwise would be 5 stars.
