I've had their service for less than a year and have had too many problems. At the beginning I was able to get a tech to resolve the issue, but they probably don't have that service anymore because they are emailing me steps to resolve the issue, yet still does not work. I called and they said that they had to direct my claim to the main office so they can call me because who ever answered does not have access to my account nor the router. It was a good deal but not worth it. I will cancel my account with them and get a reliable company
