One problem that the Lebanon VA has is the billing department is somewhat about six months, or more behind . And I have gotten bills that were payed for by my insurance several months ago , but they still claim that I owed them that money. When I talked to them the only excuse they have for it is ( our billing department is behind ,and they take time to catch up) Maybe if they would spend more money on upgrading their billing department instead of making the building look more prettier this problem wouldn't be happening. Their billing is antiquated , and needs a BAD upgrade from some software company!
