This is Mike and I work at Valley Sign. I wanted to submit a review to respond to the negative review posted by "Ray Ainsworth". When it comes to the sign industry and graphics, there are various different kinds of "formats" that art work can be created in. Some of these formats can be edited, changed, etc. Some of these formats cannot be edited. The formats Mr. Ainsworth sent us were ones that could not be edited or changed. Such as the JPG file he specifically references. Another sign shop created his logo, so we needed him to send us a file that would allow us to edit and reformat his logo to the specific sign project we were working on for him. Mr. Ainsworth didn't believe us, and thought we just didn't know what we were doing. We tried our best to service his signage needs, but in the end he was a very unpleasant customer who we did not wish to do business with.
